I like watching these little guys grow, some days I feel it is going at a snails pace of them growing and other days I look at them and wonder what happened, their big. Mainly it's the days of the fighting that I feel that this phase will never end. To be honest I think that they will never grow out of the fighting stage..

Dougie has discovered football. Yes he truly is related to my side of the family. Although I don't come close to being a fan of football that the rest of them are. So I have played a lot of football catch lately. Watched NFL, on the television with him. If that's not enough he wants to go to a game now. So I have told him he needs to go talk to his grandparents, and his aunt. Of course now Daxton and Connor are taking note, and have gotten into playing it, especially the tackling part, they love that the most.

Daxton, has become that one child that you cannot and I mean not even a second, can you take your eyes off of him. Yesterday he lost privileges to riding his bike, actually he got the bike taken away completely. I would say that after the fifth time of chasing him trough the neighborhood while he peddled as fast as he can and causing me to re pull my knee, kind of made me a little mad. It's not bad that he rides the bike it's the fact that he likes to get out in the middle of the road, or he thinks he's big enough to go wherever his mind wants him to go.

Connor has discovered money, it's been going on for quit awhile. He doesn't like to just have a few coins in his pockets, no he likes to collect as much as he can. Every time you turn around that kid has money. He even told me the other day what was what, and he had it all right. He knows his pennies from a nickel, dime, and quarter. I actually have hope for him in that department. He never wants to get rid of it so I don't worry that he'll just throw it all away.

"Sorry, that's just not going to happen princess." Coming from Daxton, the other day as we sat waiting to pick Dougie up from school. There seems to be a lot of this attitude going on among the boys towards me lately. Dougie telling me that he can play and that he doesn't have to do any school work. Daxton thinking he's big enough to go around the neighborhood whenever he feels like it. (Lucky for me I usually find him over hanging out at the neighbor's) Connor, Connor well he likes to be as big as the other kids but, is still holding on to trying hard to be a baby. I know that I have many, and I do mean many years to come of these boys telling me what they think they can and can't do.. Now I understand why everyone said they grow up to fast.. Yes it's a very true statement.

I was getting all excited for this year's airshow, however it looks like they have canceled. So that means no pic's of jets and airplanes this year.. I do admit that I actually enjoyed that last year, it was one of the few times that me and airplanes being involved had a good time.

Dougie, so far seems to be handling school well, at least that's what I thought until he let it slip that he's been out pulling weeds with the principal. Why was Dougie having to do that? The only story I can get is that he, refused to help pick up trash on the day his class was assigned to. Well that is what he's telling me. I would like to say that by the time he get's out of this elementary school, he will know the office staff quit well, however that's already true. He seems to be the type that likes to keep things interesting.

Daxton has had a fun few weeks, visiting parks, going to stores, running over to the neighbors to just hang out, or his new favorite thing "keeping me on my toes," is to ride his bike up and down the sidewalk as fast as he can to get out of my sight. Yes I like being the crazy looking mother who can't seem to be able to keep her children under control in the neighborhood. My only hope is that he will have five boys who are exactly like him... Yes the famous mother curse has been said upon that child.

Connor has become another little streaker. Why my boys don't like to wear clothes and love to run around either in there underwear or diapers, is beyond me. So, yes if your ever driving down the streets searching for my house it should be quit easy all you have to look for is the kid in the diaper waving at everyone. Or in a diaper on all fours barking at everyone as if he's the neighborhood watch dog. Either way he really loves to be just hanging out in his diaper. Oh the fun I have in the mornings trying to get him to wear clothes so we can take Dougie to school.

There seem to be to many things that have happened but, for some reason I can't pinpoint which ones to tell. There's been Aunt Cassie chatting with me online telling me to tell the boys that she can see every thing they are doing. Dougie claims "I don't know how she's doing it but, I know she can't see us." Daxton, well he ran, jumped up on the couch and looked out the window and started waving to her. Connor well he just ran around not caring. There has also been the day that the boys went and stripped one of the neighbor's trees of it's branches and made themselves a little hut. (wasn't a big tree and was on the street side of the fence, and yes I was watching them but, had to step inside to sign for a package.)

Hopefully they might start calming down. Well that's more like a dream of mine anyway.

What is that??

I happened to look up in time the other day to see a weed bush riding around on a hot cycle(or whatever you call them). Yeah, I bet you can imagine what that would have been like, you know looking away to make sure you finally haven't lost all sanity and are actually seeing it happen before your eyes. I honestly can say I couldn't identify who was under all that. There where no legs, no arms nothing visible for the eye to detect that this big mass of weeds hadn't come to life and decided "hey I'm going to take that little boys bike for a ride." I was finally able to identify what child of mine was riding around in circles yelling "ye haw," with weeds piled all over him. Yes I have video footage, and yes you have probably figured out what kid it was. Daxton, for those of you who haven't quit figured out that Dougie uses him as his stunt man on everything.

Our adventures are slowing down now that school has started. Dougie has only tried to play the sick card on us twice. Although he's learned that computers are fun and he knows a few more people than he did from last year, I think he's going to be just fine this year. Of course that is what everyone says. I'm still trying to get used to him being gone all day and having to be left alone with Dax, and Con. Yes I will admit that sometimes I get a little worried when those two are getting along and playing together. I have also decided that Crayons, markers, basically anything that writes really can be bad in the hands of a four and two year old. Though I do enjoy their art work from time to time, Doug isn't quit sold on the murals that the boys put upon the walls for everyone to enjoy. This technique that they use is "grab crayon and run real fast down the walls until mom catches us." I hate that game.

Now that Dougie's at school during the day, I have time to work with the other two on how we shouldn't act like wild animals in the stores. Or teaching Daxton that he really doesn't have to hit everyone, even if they look at him wrong. My goal is to be able to go one day taking the boys places without tantrums, fights, or them calling each other whatever name they can think of in public. Maybe someday....
